Within the EU: Items can be returned within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Outside the EU: Returns aren't accepted.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. For products like TCG (Trading Card Game) items or mystery boxes that require opening to view contents, returns will not be accepted if the original sealed packaging is not intact. If, upon inspection, the returned item is found to be opened or not in its original packaging, no refund will be issued. This decision will be made by our Return Department, and their determination is final. -
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be in good condition, a refund will be issued. The refund will be processed in the same manner as the original payment and will cover the full purchase amount. -
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item. -
Returns of Sale Items
We do accept returns and refunds for items purchased on sale. -
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. -
Customs Fees for Non-EU Customers
Customers outside the EU are responsible for paying any customs duties and charges for parcels that need to be reimported to Belgium. If these costs are not paid, the parcel will not be accepted, and the return will be considered void. -
Insurance for Return Parcels
Customers are responsible for insuring their return parcels against damage and loss. We do not provide refunds for parcels that are damaged or lost during the return process. -
